How an estate joins our selection
We do not list a château from photographs. Every estate is visited by our team, who check the architecture, the real state of the property, the sleeping capacity, and whether full privatisation is genuinely possible — no other guests, no passers-through.
That is slower than an open catalogue, and deliberately so: we would rather keep a short selection we know and can stand behind than a long list we have never seen. It is also why some regions are not in it yet.
